Bedrich is George McNelly Professor of Technology and Professor of Computer Science at Purdue University, USA

Research Interests
Dr. Benes works in generative methods for geometry synthesis, and his main focus is in procedural, inverse procedural modeling, simulation of natural phenomena, and additive manufacturing. He has published over 140 research papers in the field and he has been sponsored by the National Science Foundation, NASA, Adobe Research, Intel, Siemens, Samsung, Department of Energy, and Ford Inc., among others. Bedrich is Purdue University faculty scholar, and a director of the High Performance Computer Graphics Laboratory. He was papers co-chair of Eurographics 2017 and he is co-editor of chief of Computer Graphics Forum.
