Individual Membership Application Instructions

Decide whether you want initially a membership for one year only, or whether you take 2 or 3 years instead. By choosing to pay for several years in one step, you protect yourself against potential increase of membership fees and reduce your administrative workload. Please note that in any case the EUROGRAPHICS membership is strictly for the calendar year (1st of January to 31st December)! However for applications received in November/ December, membership will expire at the end of the following calendar year, i.e. after fourteen/ thirteen months.

Decide on the appropriate Subscription Rate. You may qualify for a discount. Please be aware that discounts do not add up.

Eurographics Student Membership is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in at least 50% of a normal, full-time academic course of study in a field that is using computer graphics or related technology. Student Members, upon graduation and not continuing to higher degree studies, shall be invited to apply for Ordinary Member status.

Students should arrange for their Head of Department or Course Tutor to sign this declaration that they satisfy the above requirements, and should return it.

You should submit this form and then print the filled out Student Certificate Form. Have it signed by your Head of Department, scan the form and send it per email to secretary@eg.org. If scanning is not possible for you, please send it (or fax it) to the

Remarks

Employees of an Eurographics Organisational Member are encouraged to become individual members for a significantly reduced membership fee and take advantage of the rights and benefits of an individual membership.

Note: If you select the Organisational Member discount, your application will be validated by the Organisational Member's contact person before your payment is accepted and your new membership card and receipt are issued.
